I’m Amy Smith-Hightower. Not long ago, I was dangerously overweight, and guilty of neglecting my physical and mental health.
Until I woke up in the emergency room, with sky-high blood pressure and on pills to prevent a stroke. I was stressed, scared, and fighting for my life!
And with the guidance of smart mentors and total dedication to the ketogenic lifestyle, I turned my health around. So I know you can too.
As a Keto Lifestyle Coach and Certified Keto Meal Planner, my mission is to help you achieve more energy and win at life, with community, support, guidance and simple food education.
