A few weeks back, I left you with a list of 25 best keto snack ideas; well, I am bringing you part 2 of that list. As you know, snacking while keto can save your progress.
Not allowing yourself to become too hungry or dehydrated will keep you from craving carbs and sugars and allow your metabolism to work smarter, not harder!
The following list of the best keto snack ideas is not all as simple as the last list I shared, but variety is essential.
They are still snacks and won’t act as meal prep, but some may require a little more preparation.
With that being said, these snacks are nutritious and delicious keto options that I hope you will love as much as I do!

If you have hit a plateau (don’t worry, I have a blog for that, too), this is normal. Once you have lost a bunch of weight, your body will sustain what you have become accustomed to fueling it with. Paying extra attention to serving sizes of snacks and meals and making light adjustments can help to get you back on track if you still have goals to hit!
