As promised, here are the top 10 of my favorite Keto things to have – May Edition! It’s possible I am more excited for this summer than I was for this Spring.

I cannot wait to spend some warmer days outside with some of my favorite things.

Here is my UCANKETO Top 10 for May!

  1. Berries! There aren’t a whole lot of fruits we can enjoy on a Keto diet because of their sugar content, but berries are approved in MODERATION! With that being said, it is the onset of berry season so enjoy those delicious fresh berries while you can!
  2. Perfect Keto Coconut Chocolate Chip Snack Bars! (use discount code UCANKETO-15). They are perfectly chewy, convenient and delicious! These are seriously a current favorite from Perfect Keto. 
  3. Ratio Keto Yogurt is so good! And the best thing is, if you get the strawberry flavor and freeze it, it tastes just like ice cream! It is becoming harder to find, stock up if you do! 
  4. I absolutely love this water bottle! It comes in 17 oz or 25 oz, and it comes in 3 colors!  
  5. I love summer, and I love being outdoors even more! This wide brimmed hat is an amazing way to keep the sun off your face, and it’s pretty too! 
  6. Keto & Co. Chocolate and Sea Salt Granola (use discount code UCANKETO) is beyond great! If you haven’t tried this and you’re a chocolate lover, please do. Alternatively, this also comes in Peanut Butter – because between the two, you must be able to choose one and fall in love with it! 
  7. These cooler bags are a must for the warmer weather to keep your Keto foods and drinks cool! They are affordable, durable, and cute! You seriously can’t go wrong with one or three of these! 
  8. For some time, years ago I thought I may never get to have real good BBQ sauce again. But this Stevia Sweet BBQ sauce has changed my BBQ life! 
  9. I know this is not food, but our mental wellness counts too! I got into the habit of buying fresh flowers for my home regularly, just because they look and smell so good. If you are a fresh flower lover like me, I promise you this is the best self care there is!
  10. If you’re like me, you can never get enough water! Whether it’s unsweetened sparkling water, plain water, ice water, or flavored water, we have to stay hydrated!
