It’s a new season, and I’m here with my March keto top ten items! Changing seasons often mean deep cleaning, reassessing what we use our space for, and getting rid of things we don’t use.
In the spirit of change, here is my latest list with links of my fave top ten keto finds!
- The portable Nutri-bullet Pro. Listen, If you’re like me you know how much I love kitchen gadgets, but I get a little excited sometimes and purchase things I don’t use. This portable Nutri-bullet is so easy to store, use and clean! It quickly became one of my most used appliances. Plus, I have some new keto smoothie recipes on the horizon!
- Every year I find a new water bottle that I love to use. I was never a water lover until a few years ago, and truthfully, I still don’t love it as much as I do when I have flavor to add, or my LMNT electrolytes. With that being said, I love this water bottle which makes drinking water more enjoyable!
- Speaking of water and electrolytes, LMNT is my go-to. Did you know when you’re in ketosis your body needs more potassium and sodium than when your body is living off carbs and sugar? That isn’t a bad thing at all! I believe in these enough that I scored a deal for our Ucanketo community where you can get some sample packs to try FREE!
- The right shoes can make all the difference, especially when you are on a mission to March into your best health (see what I did there?). Stitch Fix sent me my new favorite sneakers! I got them in a box I ordered, and I loved them so much I ordered a box for my mom! She has issues with her left foot and has to wear insoles in all of her shoes. So far she loves them, if you are unfamiliar with Stitch Fix, go to their website and check them out!
- I have become more interested in wearing joggers over leggings, and these Old Navy joggers are my most recent favorites. *Side note, I will still be wearing my faux leather Spanx leggings, they are one of the pieces of clothing I feel strong in so those are keepers! Anyway, back to these great joggers! They come in tall, regular and petite, so us tall ladies don’t have to worry about wearing floods. They feel soft like butter, and they are high waisted. As of today, I have several colors!
- The Modere new VIP customer experience! My favorite clean living brand is launching a whole new VIP experience. Click this link and follow the easy instructions! http://www.modere.com/Ucanketo If you need help getting started, or if you have questions please send me a Fb message to my personal Fb page – Amy Smith-Hightower. I have some short videos to help walk you through the process!
- The health app on your iPhone! I just recently started tracking my steps (I know I’m late to the party), but I have found this to be so encouraging! Counting steps is so easy, it makes me want to achieve more, or at least better than the day before. I have increased the number of steps I take a day by 1000!
- I’ll admit, using chia seeds intimidated me. I didn’t know what I should do with them, but I knew they were excellent for gut health. Once I dove into the chia seed world, I have not looked back. My favorite way to use them is in overnight oats. Check out my Facebook page for new recipes that include chia seeds!
- If you have not purchased a kitchen scale, this is your sign to order one today. One of the best purchases I have ever made was a kitchen scale. It is easy to begin to make your portions too big if you aren’t measuring your food! I promise you, you will not be disappointed. This one is on sale right now for almost 60% off
- This last one is a reminder to watch the macros video I did! If you go to my Facebook group, you will find a video I did years ago that will help you stay on top of your macros!
That is it for this month! I hope y’all are enjoying the change in seasons and getting your steps in. If you have made any of these purchases, or past top ten purchases, share your thoughts in the comments!
Until next week, I hope you enjoyed Amy’s March keto top ten!

Very useful info Amy. Hope you have a great day.
On track always because of you tips!
Love LMNT, have a Nutribullet, shop Old Navy online all the time, addicted to Logic coffee and creamer! Oh and I have a new Yeti water bottle. (Gift)….a large one as I play tennis and drink a lot of LMNT/water. Love the Watermelon.
I use a digital postage meter to weigh my food.
Thanks for all the info Amy 😊
Thank you Amy! I’m heading back to Keto and it’s so comforting and a big inspiration for me to see you here blogging.
I fill a huge water bottle with water in the morning and add LMNT to it. I love it! I’ve never tried the chia seeds, I guess I need to buy some and try it.
Great advice and reminders! I’m going to check out your water bottle link. I also have a hard time drinking water. Maybe a new pretty water bottle will help!
Thank you Amy for all your great information. I really appreciate it. Now to go order the Nutrition-bullet Pro and the scale. 😊
