If you are like me, you have friends, family, and colleagues asking for gift-giving suggestions, but you don’t know what to say! Keto gift giving can be simple.
Gift-giving during the holidays is fun, and receiving thoughtful gifts is nice; coming up with lists that don’t include gloves, scarves, or trinkets should never be something that takes up too much space in your head or your conversations with loved ones!
Here are a few small gift ideas that will make answering people’s questions super easy when they are looking for ideas!
Keto Gift Giving Made Simple
- Gift cards to Winners, Target, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks,…. Wherever your favorite places to shop are. There was a time when gift cards felt impersonal. They are well received, and it is a fun way to tell someone you value what they enjoy. I mean, who doesn’t love a gift card?
- Skinny Syrups. These are so easy to find and are inexpensive; I’m sure you know how versatile they are! Skinny Syrups in coffee, keto hot cocoa, and keto baking make everything taste much better! Just say which are your favorite flavors, or… be surprised!
- Collagen products! Being keto means you may be losing weight at a fast pace. Collagen will help your skin remain elastic and maintain hair and nail growth! Aside from these aesthetic pieces, collagen is great for your gut health. Modere is my go-to when it comes to collagen. I hope you could get on the Black Friday sales, and if you did not, Christmas sales will be a great option, too. Modere is not just collagen; they are committed to clean living, so go ahead and check out what Modere offers here: https://www.modere.com/
- If you love mugs like I do, these are always fun to open on Christmas! You already know I’m a Rae Dunn fan, but aside from Rae Dunn, fun, pretty, or personalized mugs are always appreciated gifts; am I right? Put a mug on your list and see what your gift giver comes up with to personalize it.
- Journals! If you love writing, planning, and making lists, having a journal is always a perfect way to keep your thoughts together and in one place. Guided journals (like this one) are also a thoughtful gift.
The ideas are endless.
Gone are the days when I swing my hand and say, “Don’t worry about it!” when asked if there is anything I’d like for Christmas. I love gifts; I also love gift-giving!
Just because we aren’t kids anymore doesn’t mean we have to silently pretend we don’t have things we want to open on Christmas morning.
So, when your friends, family, or colleagues ask for keto gift-giving suggestions, don’t pretend you don’t love Christmas (or Holiday) gifts!
Have a running list of ideas that will be easy for them to find!

Great ideas! How about tickets to a special event. I love getting flowers. I love pedicures but hate to spend money. Most people might not want to spend that much but even if gift card is for $10 that helps pay for it. Thanks Amy! You rock!
