We’ve made it to Spring! I always get excited when the seasons change, it feels like a fresh start every time. Plus, I love all things Spring Break! With that being said, I want to roll out the list of my March Top 10 for YOU!!

Who knows?

Maybe it will inspire you to make a change to what you have in your own cupboards or routine!

Here are my March 10 Must-Haves!

SuperFat Pancakes. I mean,who doesn’t love pancakes or waffles? Of all the keto pancake mixes I’ve tried, SuperFat makes the best mix. They easily come out fluffy, and I have nothing but great things to say about this guilt-free breakfast classic.

TreBiotic by Modere. Over the course of this journey I’ve come to realize that losing the weight through keto wasn’t going to be enough to improve my health. Paying special attention to my gut health has been equally as important, and I do this by using TreBiotic. It’s a probiotic, prebiotic and an ingredient to support a healthy gut lining – basically all the things required to heal and maintain a healthy gut. When your gut is healthy your body will be able to absorb vitamins and nutrients better, your skin, hair and nails will be healthier, and you’ll feel better overall!

Kettle & Fire Broccoli + Cheese Soup. Need I say more? Kettle & Fire has been my go-to for everything bone broth and soups. The Broccoli + Cheese happens to be my favorite.

Non-toxic sunscreen. Because who am I kidding? We can eat, drink, and lather on all the collagen in the world, but sunscreen is what really seals the deal when it comes to a  healthy complexion. Clean sunscreen by REN is my everyday staple. It’s clean, it doesn’t clog my pores, and it blends nicely without looking greasy.

My recommended reading/writing for Spring Break is the Lightbulb Moments Journal. If you haven’t jumped on this one, it’s never too late to fill your time with a thoughtful journal experience that includes prompts, encouragement, and motivation to keep going.

Snacks are something that keep me from falling off when I get hungry and I’m not looking for a meal. The Paleovalley Beef Meat sticks are a personal favorite.

Lily”s Butterscotch Baking Chips have been a huge bonus in the kitchen. They are sweetened with Stevia, and are a delicious addition to my Keto baking.

Modere’s Cell Proof Body Firming Foam! This is AMAZING. If you’re like me, you do a smell test first – and I promise this has a light scent, and it’s smells so good. But aside from that, it really does firm, tighten, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Don’t believe me? Give it a try and let me know what you think. 

The Dash mini waffle maker. This was a great Amazon purchase! It’s tiny – makes single waffles, so it’s great for single people or couples. It takes up very little counter or cupboard space, and it comes in a ton of fun colors! I love it because it’s so easy to use, wash, and put away.

LMNT Raspberry Electrolytes. Staying hydrated is a must, especially considering the temperature will be rising and we’ll be spending lots more time outside. This single serve powder is easy to carry around, and it works in any water bottle. It mixes super smooth too, so no flavor chunks in your drinks!
