Let’s get the warmer weather started with my 3 fav Keto smoothies recipes!

If you’re like me, the winter weather makes me want to eat all my meals and snacks. But, as the weather gets warmer, I am more drawn to lighter meals and smoothies as snacks or meals.

Maybe it’s the fun tumblers I have collected over the years or the fresh berries that make everything taste better. It’s probably a combination of both!

Nothing says “easy” like a blender cup, fresh or frozen berries/vegetables, ice, whole cream or nut milk, and delicious supplements blended into frothy goodness on a warm, sunny day.

I’ll leave you with my 3 fav keto smoothies recipes, starting with:

Creamy Strawberry Smoothie:

You can add additional ice cubes and sweeteners until you get your desired texture and flavor.

While spring and summer bring in the heat, they also bring the juiciest and freshest keto-friendly berries that make perfect smoothies. Keto smoothies are refreshing on a hot summer day and are great for hydration and meal replacement.

Smoothies offer nutrients, substance, and fresh flavors any time throughout the day.

The thing I love about keto-friendly smoothies is that you can add nuts, herbs, chia seeds, coffee, cream cheese, or anything that is nutritious and can create a nutrient-dense version of a favorite dessert, warm drink, or fun flavors to keep you interested.

I know others enjoy great flavors in smoothies: Matcha, Chai, green tea, coffee, almond, cinnamon, spinach, kale, and walnuts.

The keto sky’s the limit!

So, get out your favorite tumbler and enjoy smoothie season.

Until next time, I hope you have enjoyed the list of my 3 favorite keto smoothies! And here’s a link to my FAV tumbler too!
