Let’s not talk too much about keto; instead, let’s talk about menopause.

I know this isn’t something I typically share, but recently I haven’t felt like myself, so I did some digging and believe I am experiencing some perimenopause symptoms (as a result of medical menopause)

It hasn’t been so much the typical hot flashes or extreme mood swings.

Not yet, anyway.

It’s been more like a looming low mood. Difficulty sleeping. A disinterest in things that typically excite me. A little weight gain around the middle. A change in taste when it comes to food.
